Here's a summary of the services that we provide with our generator systems:

 

Delivery of generator to job site

 

Site preparation – 6X6 treated timber frame filled with landscape pea gravel (provides for quieter, lower vibration, and cleaner installation)

 

Coordination of installation with builder’s electrical and fuel line contractor.  The builder's electrician and fuel line contractor complete those connections.

 

 Startup and adjustments as necessary

 

Instruction for homeowner with overview of manuals and warranty registration

 

Follow up service including warranty service work.

 

Access to annual GenSpring Power Service & Care Maintenance Plan to help ensure long term performance.
